Why Choose Us?
Commissioning a house survey could save you heartache and money in the future. That’s why you should always consult professional building surveyors before buying a property. We will make sure that a building is structurally sound and safe to live in and provide a comprehensive and detailed report on the condition of the property.
Once you have full possession of the facts, you can negotiate the right price for the property. As an independent company, we do not take commercial work and we do not carry out mortgage valuations for banks or commercial lenders. Instead, we focus specifically on the general public and help them make what could be the most important financial decision of their life.
To date, we have carried out more than 2,000 home inspections and our clients have always been pleasantly surprised by the quality of our service and the level of detail contained in our thorough surveys and reports.
