All domestic,private properties are now required by Law to have a HIP(Home Information Pack),prior to them being put up for sale.
A HIP must contain the following documents:

• An index listing contents of the HIP
• A PIQ(Property Information Questionnaire)
• An EPC(Energy Performance Certificate)
• A Sale Statement
• Evidence of Title
• Standard Searches(Local Authority and drainage and water)
• A Copy of the Lease(If leasehold)

*All Hips bought through my company carry Professional Indemnity insurance up to a value of £1m

• Home/Use contents form
• Specialist searches(mining/flooding risk etc)

What will it cost
1-2 bed house £219 including EPC
3-6 bed house £235 including EPC
1-2 bed flat £255 including EPC
3-5 bed flat £265 including EPC
No vat is currently charged
Printed copies of the HIP will cost £10 each

How long will it take?
The epc survey will normally be completed within 48hrs of instructions being received and the completed HIP document will be available once all searches have been completed.
